leadership expert, and partner
Laura S. Scott brings two decades of experience as an executive coach, leadership trainer, and facilitator dedicated to unlocking human potential. She partners with leaders to imagine their highest potential, working from the inside out by focusing on the beliefs that drive behavior and the mindset that shapes possibility. Through values-based decision making and expanding leaders’ perception of choice, Laura helps leaders become more confident, creative, authentic, and purposeful.
Her career spans entrepreneurship, journalism, leadership research, and coaching across industries. Laura’s coaching is informed by her deep expertise in neuroscience, cognitive empathy, positive psychology, and the growth mindset. She helps leaders identify barriers, strengthen resilience, and build ecosystems for sustainable self-mastery. Laura is also the creator of the Pause (II) Power program, a transformative framework for resiliency and emotional self-mastery. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Conversational Intelligence Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and DISC and Driving Forces Analyst. She has trained in conflict resolution, resilience frameworks, and executive development, and she is recognized as a Top Executive Coach in her field.

Marna leads HER Leadership Circle with a rare blend of clarity, compassion, and strategic insight. As the CEO and steward of this community, she brings a deep commitment to creating spaces where senior women can be fully seen, deeply supported, and courageously challenged.
Her leadership is grounded in emotional intelligence and truth telling. She believes women lead differently when they are surrounded by honest peers, guided conversations, and structure that turns intention into growth.
Marna’s credentials reflect both depth and lived experience. She holds an MBA and brings more than 35 years of leadership in human resources, alongside certifications as a professional coach, SHRM-SCP, and The Predictive Index practitioner. This combination of strategic training and practical insight allows her to meet women where they are, ask the right questions, and guide conversations that lead to meaningful, lasting growth.
Marna is both a visionary and a practitioner. She holds the integrity of the Circles, facilitates with intention, and ensures every woman experiences the transformation that HER promises: greater alignment, renewed confidence, and a clearer sense of purpose.
